When will I receive my delivery?
Ivy wines are delivered 3-5 working days after purchase. During busy periods, such as around Black Friday this can take a little longer.
Do you offer Next Day or Weekend delivery?
We do not currently offer Next Day or Weekend Deliveries.
Can I return a bottle of wine if I am not satisfied?
You have up to 14 days from the delivery of your goods to return an unwanted product back to us. Even if the product your order is part of a multiple-item delivery.
You will be responsible for:
1. Not opening the container or removing any seals as part of the container
2. Keep intact any accessory or details associated with the container
3. Completing the Contact Us form to tell us you will be sending a return.
4. Re-pack all containers as they were received.
5. All postage costs, including the cost of us arranging for the goods to be collected from you.
Your refund will be made to your original payment method within 14 working days of us receiving goods back to our address. We will not reimburse for the cost of sending back the goods.
What happens in the case of a failed delivery or parcel being returned?
In the event your goods were not delivered because you had not collected them from the parcel depot or the goods were returned back to us due to incorrect delivery details being provided, or if you were not available to sign for the goods, then the following procedure will apply:
1. We will refund you back for the cost of items received back at our address. You will not be refunded for any shipping charges if they were paid on your original order.
2. Should you want your items, then you are welcome to place a new order, alternatively, you can pay for the cost of resending the items to you. Our customer support team will confirm this cost with you.

How should I store my wines from The Ivy Collection?
To maintain the quality of your wines, it is recommended to store them in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature, ideally between 10°C to 13°C.
Additionally, bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist and prevent oxidation.
What is the shelf life of wines from The Ivy Collection?
The shelf life of wines can vary, but generally, Ivy Sparkling Cuvée is best enjoyed within 1 to 3 years of purchase, while Ivy Rosé can be enjoyed within 2 to 3 years. Proper storage conditions can help maintain their quality for a longer period.
